I just love a good liquid eyeliner. I love to use them for a more bold look. I just add mascara and a red lip and my makeup routine is complete!! There are many different kinds of liquid eyeliners, but these listed above are my faves: Stila, Dior, Chantecaille, Le Metier de Beaute, and Chanel are all fabulous choices. I've never managed to get liquid liner right! I bought some cheap-o stuff recently to start practicing with it again.
Yes!!!! Best to line right on upper lid a very thin line!! Then mascara and you are done. Try it out. I think once you get it you will love it!!!
