Hi guys!!!! I’m so lucky to have had Cathy as my guest blogger of the day to cover the Glamour and GQ Magazines Lookbook Live Event at the Mission Viejo Mall on Sat April 18. I unfortunately had a previous engagement in Los Angeles so Cathy covered for me. She did a wonderful job and took incredible photos.
The Mission Viejo Mall invited shoppers to “Make a Date with Style” at this spring fashion event in collaboration with Glamour and GQ Magazines. Lookbook Live shared the spring’s hottest fashion trends from runway into real life styles. The guests participated in many activities including, Stage Events where style experts from Glamour and GQ discussed fashions worn by models; Style Closets where date themed closets featured his and her styles for different spring occasions; Style Challenges; a photo booth; Beauty Stations where complimentary guests received complimentary beauty touch ups and refreshments and giveaways.
The best part about this event was that it was meant to bring awareness to the 13th annual Think Pink Breast Health Wall of Honor that will be displayed this October at the Shops at Mission Viejo. Each year, shoppers will remember loved ones by donating 25$ to place a hand written card on the Wall of Honor. What an amazing way to honor those loved ones affected by breast cancer!!!!!
