KISS InstaWave

<img style="display:none;" src="http://www.brandbacker.com/camp.php?qargs=view_type=V%26camp_id=166%26camp_mem_id=29818"/>

Hi guys!!!! Today I wanted to share with you the KISS InstaWave. This revolutionary product is a fully automatic tangle free curler that instantly and easily creates beautiful long lasting curls. It's easy for anyone to use, from any angle with any hand. It features a Curl Dial with left/right curl directions. The Instawave automatically shuts off after 90 minutes and has two heat settings with a low/high switch with a maximum temperature of 420.

I received my Instawave and couldn't wait to use it. I love hair tools but sometimes I get so intimidated by how to use them properly. The InstaWave provided easy to follow picture instructions that made it so simple to use.

I decided I wanted a beachy wave look so I first set my InstaWave to the low temperature.
I then placed a 1 to 2 inch section of my hair on the curling rod.

I turned the dial to either the left or right and the InstaWave automatically curled up my hair. I held it for 5 to 10 seconds for a more beachy wave.

I then pulled the InstaWave down vertically letting the hair out.

Look at what an unbelievable beach wave curl I got from the InstaWave.

I absolutely loved my finished look and I couldn't believe how easy it was to use. It just rotated and locked my hair into a natural beachy curl. And my favorite part was that I could control whether the InstaWave turns left or right.

I would recommend the KISS InstaWave to all of my readers. I still can't believe how simple it is because it does all the work for you. This is the perfect holiday purchase for yourself so you can easily style your hair for all of those upcoming holiday parties. It retails for $59.99 at Target, Ulta, and Amazon.com. To purchase or learn more about the InstaWave visit the KISS InstaWave website. Powered by Brandbacker. And thank you to Cathy Cordas for photos. Happy reading!!!!

The Perfect Hat

Hat-- Madewell
Body Con Dress-- Tildon--Nordstrom
Denim Shirt- Gap
Booties--Rag and Bone--Nordstrom
Necklace- Twisted Silver
Sunglasses- Ray Ban--Bloomingdale's

Hi guys!!!! Today I wanted to share with you my most favorite fall accessory-- This floppy brim hat. I love a great hat! Especially on cooler fall days or nights out. Wearing a hat makes such a bold fashion statement, so it's important to keep the rest of your outfit simple.

I wore my hat at lunch with some girlfriends last week. I love the texture of this felt hat. It sits lower on my forehead, and is the perfect size for the frame of my face. The secret for choosing the best hat is to know your individual style, size and shape of your face. I recommend that if you want to add a stylish hat to your fall wardrobe, try on many different kinds.

I paired my hat with a simple black Tildon body con dress, a denim shirt and booties. The hat should be the focus of your outfit. It is such a great statement piece.

So try to purchase a great fall hat. Take the time and try on different styles and see which one fits you the best. I think you may wear it a lot more than you think (like I have). New York City part 2

Lush shirt-- Nordstrom
Faux leather leggings -similar-- Nordstrom
Sequin pants-- Nordstrom
Topshop faux fur vest-- Nordstrom
Topshop faux fur jacket-- Nordstrom
Heels-similar-- Shopbop

Hi guys! I wanted to share with you my evening out pictures from New York City.

Our first night we saw Motown the Musical and had dinner at Hakkasan. The next night was a blast at Beauty and Essex. This was a hip restaurant that looked like a storefront when we walked in, and then a big white door opened up to an amazing restaurant. And on our last night we went to Dos Caminos in the Meat Packing District where we met up with our local friends, Dana, Libby and Jaycee, followed by a visit to a wine bar next door. I love my girlfriends!!! They are stylish and know how to have fun!!!

On these NYC nights I wore my favorite Lush tops from Nordstrom paired with either leather leggings, sequin pants and a Topshop faux fur vest. And each night I wore my amazing Topshop faux fur jacket and my most comfortable YSL heels.

I am so lucky to have these amazing women in my life. I cannot wait until our next travel adventure. Stay tuned. Thanks to Cathy Cordas for these wonderful pictures that really captured the heart of the city and don't forget to follow me on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Bloglovin. Happy reading!!!

New York Favorites

1) Boots- Sam Edelman
2) Booties-- Rag and Bone-- Saks
3 and 4) Bobbi Brown Corrector and Concealer-- Bergdorf Goodman
5) Nars Eye Paint-- Saks
6) Wallet- Stella McCartney
7) Sequin Jacket-- Sam Edelman

Hi guys!!!! I wanted to share with you all my favorite things that I loved when I was in New York City on my girls trip:

1) I love these Sam Edelman over the knee boots. Even at my height, they look amazing over jeans or with a shorter dress. I purchased them at the Sam Edelman store in Soho. It is their flagship store and the girls and I had so much fun trying on all the different styles.

2) I love leopard print (as I have mentioned before) and these Rag and Bone leopard print booties are to die for. They are on my wish list. We saw these at Saks Fifth Avenue, which has the best shoe department I have ever seen.

3) and 4) Some of the girls and I had our makeup done at the Bobbi Brown counter at Bergdorf's. The corrector and concealer are unbelievable. They reduce under eye darkness and circles. They made a huge difference in my makeup routine.

5) Nars Eye paint in Iskander-- We also had our makeup done at the Nars counter at Saks. I was introduced to this eye color and it was love at first sight. It really made my eyes pop.

6) Stella McCartney wallet-- My friend Julie has been looking for a wallet for months. We went to the Stella McCartney store in Soho and she purchased this beautiful wallet.

7) Sequin Jacket-- My BFF Jessica purchased this sequin jacket that she is wearing in this picture. She wasn't sure about it at first, but after much debate she loves it!!!! How stunning does she look in her new jacket!!

Have you been to NYC lately? What are your favorite things? Let me know and leave me comments. Don't forget to follow me on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Bloglovin. Happy reading!!!!

New York City-Part 1

Hi guys!!!!! I am one lucky lady. I just got back from the most amazing girl's trip to New York City. I went with six of my girlfriends and we met up with some more friends that currently live there. It was such a great trip and we had the best time.

Packing for NYC was a difficult task. I wanted to bring all of my favorite items but I didn't want to overpack. So this time I kept it simple.  I packed basic tops by Lush or Joie that I pick up every season from Nordstrom, a leather jacket, a faux fur jacket and vest, some fun night time pants and jeans with heels and boots, and of course a great scarf and hat. Cathy had a great packing tip: To layer plastic wrap from the dry cleaners between all the clothing to avoid wrinkles!!!

For daytime attire, I wore my favorite Lush and Joie tops, paired with jeans, a scarf and hat, and my Blank NYC faux leather jacket that I picked up at the Nordstrom Anniversary sale. I added my tall Dolce Vita boots that were so comfortable and my NYC look felt very stylish and chic. And all the girls looked fabulous in their sweaters, blazers, jeans, leggings and boots for their day look.

New York City really is such an unbelievable place. We spent our days walking the streets of Madison and Fifth Avenue and shopping at Saks and Bergdorfs. We had an amazing lunch at Fred's at Barney's (one of my all time favorite lunch spots) and spent a day on the streets of Soho, while we shopped until we dropped.  It's so great to walk around the streets of NYC and see all the hip shops and restaurants. We had a blast. And don't forget to read my upcoming posts for more NYC pictures and updates. Thanks to Cathy Cordas for all of these photos and don't forget to follow me on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Bloglovin. Happy reading!!!!!
